General Gasket Service srl, in order to strengthen its position on the market and to keep its service at a highly competitive level, always ensuring excellent performance in terms of quality and compliance with legal requirements, sets as its main objective

To this end, General Gasket Service srl identifies the following objectives as the foundation for the «continual improvement» of its services and of its Management System:

1. To give its service the added value that comes from attention:
   • to the Customer's needs, both stated and implied, so as to provide a complete service that goes beyond their expectations;
   • to the careful management of health and safety in the workplace.
2. To keep its operating methods up to date, so as to ensure the use of state-of-the-art tools and machinery and of the best available technologies.
3. To ensure the control of all the activities carried out, interacting with all interested parties.
4. To undertake to comply with the applicable legislation, in particular on environmental protection and on the health and safety of workers.
5. To use only suppliers that have been properly assessed beforehand.
6. To ensure that its staff have the highest level of competence in carrying out the duties assigned to them.
7. To involve staff in decisions on actions to improve working life in general.
8. To pay particular attention and commitment to ensuring that work is carried out in places that are suitable for the safety and health of workers, with reference to the applicable law (Italian Legislative Decree no. 81/08 as amended).
9. To undertake to keep this Policy current and to review it periodically, with the aim of always taking new improvement actions.

Every member of staff, whatever their skills and the duties assigned to them, is called upon to play an active and conscious part in pursuing the objectives of this Policy.

The Management, for its part, undertakes to review the content of this document at least once a year, to make sure that it is always current and in line with the company organisation.
